You are required to walk in and submit your application and resume then you will be required to take all test before you interview. Those test include spelling, grammar, typing, phone voice, computer navigation. Once you have successfully completed all the test you will then be given a sheet where you are required to select a product and develop a sales pitch so you can pitch your product to your interviewer. You are then escorted to a room where you will interview one on one.
