Was called back for a follow-up a week later with the VP of the department, then no response for a month. I had to contact the hiring manager to find out I wasn't offered the position.
Multi-step process which took 5 months from initial interview to offer. Standard questions, followed by a full day virtual interview with everyone on the team, culminating in a presentation of prior work
