Talked to 3 members of the team over the phone. The entire process took about 3 weeks from the first call to getting an offer. They were very professional, kind, and mostly dig deeps into your resume.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral questions. I would really look at online questions and have answers prepared.
The interview had 2 company related questions, 5 behavioural questions. It was with 2 CLDP employees. Helpful to network in advance with CLDP cohort as it helpful with getting to know more about the program and then they can refer for the position internally. It’s a very competitive process by the way! But really nice people.

Interview
Virtual interview process, standard behavioural questions and some technical questions. Technical questions were more focused on skills & software I have previously used for data analysis. Everything else was pretty standard and straightforward.
Submitted my application in September, didn't receive an interview invitation until January. Got my offer in early February. The interview process was very quick and efficient. Three interviews total, with the final interview being a panel.
