Interview
HR called for a discussion first. Asked a series of questions. Then passed onto another level- formal interview after 6 months of the initial discussion. But throughout the stage the subject specialisation was misled. I was asked Finance when I applied for HR & OB specialisation. It went well. Although No further communcation was made--ghosted after the interview round until another HR reached out for another position after 6 months.
Asked about technical knowledge
About my PhD work
Several subjects of Computer science
Certain case studies by the VC like how and why certain attacks are generated (because my work was in Cyber security), how to mitigate them, how dangerous they could be.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amity University in Jul 2024
Interview
The interview process was quite easy. A phonecall by the HR followed by the panel interaction.
I still advise to stay away from this university because they declined to write the salary on the offer letter. I have never come across such a unprofessional institution.
