They did a direct hire from our university. We didn't take an exam, just an interview. Be yourself and be confident to answer the questions truthfully. They were nice and approachable, which was a big help for us to avoid being nervous and pressured.

I applied to the Amkor Website and got an email to have an interview. Like other interviews, I briefly talked about myself and they asked me some basic questions but not technical questions.

Is there any preference of people that you want to work with?
Consisted of two interviews, one with HR and one with the project lead. Both interviews were completed within the span of about 2 weeks. First interview was via online and the second was in-person at the office.
