A phone screening round where I expressed willingness to interview further. Then I got setup to interview a further 3 people. By the time I got through the interviews I got an offer from another company. And Ampere was kind enough to let me know how long the decision process would take. This did not meet my timelines so I declined interviewing further. One thing that happened though was one of the interviewers missed my calendar slot, which came across as unusual. Also, one of the interviewers clearly did not have much exposure to interviewing, as asking pointed questions should be toward knowing the depth of knowledge a person has and not to test if the person recognizes a service or micro-service by its branded name, which vary from vendor to vendor.
