You first take the digital asssessment, if you pass then you give HR Interview, then you participate in the group assessment. If you pass that you give interview with the manager

Introduce yourself, what do you know about the role, Why Amplifon, Strenghts and Weaknesses Why did you not tell us that you interviewed before?
First there was a phone screening and then one in person interview in their office. Questions were mostly behavioral for both rounds. Process was fairly quick and they will let you know soon if you pass.

Very friendly interviews. There were two rounds and the people I interviewed with were kind, answered my questions, and seemed very passionate. Everyone was very communicative and helpful. Seems like a great company.
