While my one-on-one engagements with Amplifon staff were overall pleasant, the HR agency they work with, namely Adqualis, were just difficult to deal with. They conduct the first interview, which is understandable, but the other interviews although being with people from Amplifon are arranged through Adqualis, and they are very inflexible with regard to the interview times. Once, they called me and proposed a time which was not possible for me, so I asked if there was a possibility to reschedule it, and they said NO. They told me that I had to participate in that interview or my candidacy would be dropped. Afterwards I started not picking up their calls so they would have to propose through email, which I can respond in writing. Even with that, they proposed a time which was not suitable for me, I declined, and they SENT THE MEETING LINK anyway! I had to write once again the impossibility, after that they finally changed. They basically ignored my preferences. Do they assume that candidates do not have any life? I hope Adqualis gets fired by Amplifon ASAP. They single-handedly made this application process a negative experience.
