Amplifon interview questions

I got recruited to apply for the program by Amplifon itself. The interview process lasted from February till the end of May with 7/8 steps involved. Every second week I had an Amplifon interview. An external recruiting agency handles the first part and they test for motivation and cultural fit. The second part is 3/4 interviews done by Amplifon executives themselves. You feel treated like a number and then they reject you giving a vague explanation. The executives were all males. Many of my colleagues applied and received the same treatment. I will not apply to Amplifon again as I felt very disrespected throughout.

The interview process was very easy and smooth. The TA reached out for a phone screening a couple of days after I applied, I had a video call interview with the hiring manager the same week and I got an offer that day. Super easy!
