Amplify Financial Analyst interview questions

The interview process went well until the end. I had a call with the recruiter and about 4 different interviews that lasted around 5-6 weeks. It's been 2 and half weeks since the final interview and haven't heard from the recruiter regarding my status. I reached out for any updates and was ignored. It's simply common courtesy to tell someone they didn't get the job. You would think a large company as such would have basic communication skills rather than ghosting the candidates.
