Interview
I talked with them at Tech day. There was some email, then a code challenge, then a phone interview. I couldn't really tell how good of a fit I was. They were looking for an engineer and also a front-end person. But it wasn't clear to me what the actual work would be. When I asked about the job I was simply told more about the structure of the company. They were okay to deal with, but they could be better organized.

Question 1
The code challenge had a hard question where you had to generate random numbers from 1 to 100 with 5 dice rolls. The questions were provided from a service.
Smooth easy interview process. With friendly people. The culture of the company seems to be very strong and its dedication to the mission is evident. Definitely a recession resilient company, given their business model.

Interview
They had me meet with several different teams. The technical ones used code sharing software so you could write functional code on the spot. Be prepared to really understand whatever coding language you choose.

Interview
After some questions, I made it to the last round. I asked the recruiter a question about the last round regarding the interview format. They didn't respond, so I sent another email a week later. The recruiter then sent me a rejection letter. The recruiter wanted me to fail and succeeded. This company wants you to fail.
