Interview
Interviewed for administrative position. Told me if I wanted a better growing experience I should come back the next day for marketing position. Was not made aware we were going to be dropped in the middle of no where 40 minutes away while doing door to door sales. I was clearly uncomfortable as I informed them I was only looking for a desk job. They said they would hang on to my resume so I could try for the administrative job if I didn't like the marketing - not true.
The interview process was very clearly communicated, and extremely responsive and organized from the first call through the final interview. The process began with a phone interview with a recruiter from the team, and then follow up in-person interviews with each person I would be supporting in the role.
