      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Amplify in Apr 2025

      Interview

They ask you to do a mock presentation which they do give you instructions for. In the email with instructions, it tells you they will give you 5 minutes for that. So you prepare to present with those 5 minutes in time. During the interview, I was told I would be given 8 minutes, I had practiced for 5 minutes and I felt that threw me off. Nothing is asked about your previous experience so it could be considered, yes they see your resume but I feel them asking you to go more into detail and how that aligns to what they're looking for is important so I felt like my experience didn't matter.
