My experience with Amplify’s interview process was ultimately disappointing due to a lack of communication at the second stage.
The initial screening was a brief 15-minute Zoom call (audio only). I was then asked to complete a performance task, which required several hours of work over multiple days. After submitting the assignment, I followed up a week later and received a generic rejection email indicating they had decided to move forward with other candidates.
I reached out to the recruiting coordinator to request feedback on the work I had completed, but I did not receive a response.
I rated the interview process as “Disapprove” primarily because of the lack of transparency and follow-up, especially after a significant time investment was required from the candidate.
