I had what I thought was a great conversation with the recruiter. She said she wanted me to meet with the hiring manager and would get back to me. She never did despite me sending her an email inquiring about status. Really poor experience and left a bad taste in my mouth about the company.

Not a lot of follow up or follow through, when I tried to reach out, the recruiter didn't reply. I tried again and received a very generic reply. If someone's not interested it's totally ok, but it's pretty rude not to reply.
