The interview process took much longer than other companies. The initial interview was scheduled and then rescheduled by the recruiter due to meeting conflicts. Following the initial phone conversation, it took quite a long time to hear back about the next steps (which I was told can be contributed to employees moving around to different positions internally). The employee I had my 2nd interview with was moving positions as well, therefore, I wouldn't have been working with them had they offered me a position. I thought that was interesting. I ended up accepting a job elsewhere before any further steps were taken. Overall, average experience.
