Short interview process (about 15 minutes) with questions mostly about employment history, lab experience, or ability to troubleshoot equipment. I was interviewed by a panel of 3 people. I was also asked about whether I was comfortable working 12-hour shifts, both day and night.

The interview process was incredibly smooth and straightforward, and the people I met were genuinely great and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed the informative lab tour and would absolutely, without a doubt, interview again if given the opportunity! The entire experience was positive and left a lasting impression.

The interview was conducted by a process manager and a HR representative. The interview was very goal and results focused. The interviewer conducted himself in a professional and friendly manner.
