Interview
They took a whole day when it wasn't really necessary to do so. It was a group interview of 6. There was three interview sessions to pick only one candidate out of 25 interviewees. Each session took like an hour and there was a company introduction time before the interview. The manager scoffed at the answers of the interviewee.
