I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amway (Des Moines, IA) in Jan 2013
Interview
They invite you to a meeting and don't tell you anything about it to try and get you to come. Meetings are usually held in a room with roughly 200 young high school or college kids looking for a job. They have a guest speaker that talks about the opportunity and shows a slideshow. After the presentation they say we will have a training for those interested and they try and get you to sign up. Which cost $200 and all you get is a website.

Question 1
What did you most like about the presentation and why do you wanna join our team.
They would like anybody to join their team. We sat down at a Panera bread and was shown different ways to create income. He just wanted to know if I was committed to building a business. So there really wasn't much of me giving them qualifications. Except if I could work well with him.
