Was initially a phone interview. For the next round there's a case study that they ask you to look at, and prepare a ~30 minute presentation on. Essentially, give you a big data set of customer information, employee information, satisfaction scores, etc, and ask you a panel of questions about the "big data" stuff. And then there are 3 30-minute interviews on site, and you get a tour of the place.
