Long and drugout. Took about 4 months before I was able to actually start my position. When I only needed to give a two week notice to by prior employer.

Tell me about a time when you had a difference of opinion with a co-worker.
I gave them my resume at a plant tour. Within a few days, they contacted me for an initial phone screen interview, which consisted of basic behavioral and leadership questions. I then had an on-site interview that consisted of two rounds of panel interviews and a presentation I had to give about myself and why I wanted the position, followed by more questions. I was then given a tour of the plant.

Interview
Phone interview, then after a week and a half you take a basic mechanical Aptitude test. After that you have a interview with a couple of people on the interview team. If you are selected after that you get sent your offer letter which you have to return signed with some background check info. you set up your drug test than after that you start work a couple weeks later for orientation.
