I had about 4 phone interviews with human resources and various people throughout the tax department over the span of 2 months before I was asked to come in for an office interview. The office interview was pretty standard - introductions to the company and then a mini presentation (powerpoint) that I gave about myself and my background followed by 4 breakout session interviews. They told me that HR would call me the next week, but when they did I was told that the department was very busy with another project and that they didn't know when they would be able to decide. After waiting another 2.5 months, I was finally emailed an automatic message from their job board site that I did not receive the position.
