Phone interview with HR first. Very typical questions (where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc.). A few days later, the location's hiring manager emailed me to set up interview for next week. Interview was quick and informative (discussed salary, benefits, etc. and how they manage/work). Received an offer letter the next week. Started 2 weeks following that.
