Interview
I applied for the position online and a couple weeks later, I was contacted by the recruiter. She asked me questions for an over the phone screening and mentioned if I didn't hear back in a few days to follow up with her. I received a phone call and email from one of the hiring managers to come in for an in-person interview. She told me I didn't need to wear "my best suit" because they are pretty casual. The day of my interview was very strange. I met with the hiring managers and they explained the position, went over benefits, health competitions for incentives, and exercises they did. Then she took me around the office to introduce me to the other staff. A sales manager showed me what the day-to-day duties look like. Then the managers came out and they started talking about benefits to working there again, special trips, talked about families and kids. The entire interview took about an hour and I was not asked one question about my skills or experience. I followed up with the recruiter every week and was instantly updated with "I had to let a few people go, but your name was not on the list." And "They are conducting second interviews this week." Then I received an email from HR saying the position has been filled. I'm at least grateful this company actually notifies candidates when the position is filled, but I don't feel like I received a fair shot at the position.
I had an initial interview with a company recruiter, even though I feel I had the qualifications I was not contacted for a second interview. It was a fairly basic first interview.

Interview
Did phone interview for position I applied to, but then contacted next day to come in for a face to face interview for another. HR mgr. described the position one way, but person who'd be my boss described it much differently - no product training either. I didn't get a great vibe from the whole interview. Not to mention, an acquaintance who works there mentioned she wasn't that happy working there.
