I interviewed through the website and was reached out to have a phone interview. Once we were on the phone I was put on hold for 6 minutes while the recruiter took another call. This happened in the middle of me answering a question. The recruiter was typing out every word I said but made the process even longer as I had to repeat myself over and over. Once the call was done the recruiter mentioned she was going to be moving my resume along as she thought I was a good fit. 2 weeks later and 2 follow up e-mails, I have yet to hear back. As a recruiter myself, this had to have been the worst interview I have ever been on.
