The interview with the hiring manager was great. She was enthusiastic and seemed like an amazing leader. The peer interview panel was not great. I had four 45 min interviews in one day. All interviewers seemed burned out by their jobs…in some cases I asked more questions than they did. I’ve worked at some extremely large companies and they seemed to view that as a mark against me - not scrappy enough. It was very odd. Then I never heard from anyone after those interviews. It’s disrespectful to ghost a candidate.
