Had initial call with recruiter whom admitted to me that they lost all the notes that they took as we were chatting towards the end of the call, did not know the salary range and said they were “new” to the company but they weren’t. Recruiter couldn’t speak much to the company. Then I follow up since I have not heard back when they said said they will schedule next steps, and the recruiter forgot they talked to me after they sent me another phone screen invitation. Met with additional team members who kept pushing for me to answer confidential information about my current company, and implied team members were “lazy” and “resistant to change” which was shocking from a HR team. I still moved forward to give benefit of the doubt but had my reservations overall. Recruiter was very slow to respond, ignored emails from me throughout the process. Overall not a pleasant experience, .
