I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Denver, CO) in Mar 2009
Interview
Very strange interviewer - he talked throughout the interview and asked very few questions. Questions asked were very vague, like "why would you want to work for Analog Devices?" And, "How would you manage this territory?" The interviewing team consisted of two FAE's (field apps engineers) and one RSM (regional sales manager). But there were no technical questions even though the position requires an engineering degree.
