I applied online and heard back from them three weeks later. Afterwards I had two phone interviews and an in person interview totaling to about eight hours. They were more focused on my character more so than my technical background which surprised me. I guess my job experience covered any of their concerns and wanted to know if I was a good match for their team.

First meet with HR for initial screening, then met with a sr engineer for a technical screening. Fianlly wiht the hiring managers. Questions were tough ,but generally fair. Seemed friendly enough. Atmosphere seems collegial, like a good place ot work. Seemed open about what it was like ot work there.
