Interview
The company conducted a job fair at my university. The first day, they gave IQ/Intelligence, personality and technical exams. I passed the exam and then they scheduled me for interview the following day. I was interviewed twice: the first one, I was asked mostly about my personality, how I would react or handle certain situations and the next was about technical knowledge.
It was straightforward and there's a lot to learn. That also showed in the interviews I had at the end with them. Be prepared to show you know the fundamentals of circuits and i-v curves. Being able to talk through what you're thinking also helps a lot.
