      Senior Project Leader Interview

      Mar 15, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      San Antonio, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Analysts (San Antonio, TX)

      Interview

Quite possibly the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Not much else to say. The Southwest will have to suffer through a tyrannical experience until someone comes to their sanity. Here's the issue - these people have no morality - they will lie to you, mislead you, and promote people solely on their connections and not merit. If their culture changes, not pleasing Wall Street is always preferable but not in the absence of both.
