The first step is to complete an online test, combining verbal and quantitive contents. Then onsite, go to the office directly, meet 4~5 people of manager, tech, data, hr. If everything goes well, might be another onsite, meet another 3~5 people, sometimes some duplicate persons. Then after a long time waiting they'll let you know the result.
