I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Anaplan (London, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
One of the best interview process I have done in the last few years - Chris Marlow, Internal Recruiter got in touch, he was very knowledgable in the industry and knew exactly what he was looking for which gave me confidence in the role.
After a conversation with the recruiter, I had an hr conversation with the hiring manager - I received feedback that evening about moving to the next stage. It was great to have the feedback early and keep the momentum going.
A panel interview was organised the following week - 20min whiteboard session, 30min demo on the Anaplan platform, 10min questions.
By the next day I had heard back from Chris Marlow (recruiter) - who managed to move things along pretty quickly. I've never seen an interview process work this efficiently before, I felt challenged but at the same time informed and supported along the way. Highly Recommend

Question 1
Planning processes across different industries and how Anaplan could help
Smooth and fair interview process. It was multiple rounds ending with a panel. Overall, it was fair and similar to other presales. roles. Be prepared to handle off the wall questions and objection handling. Nothing out of the ordinary.
I went through a four-stage interview process, concluding with a panel interview. Each stage required approval to progress. The final panel included a presentation and demo based on a use case, a situational discussion, and follow-up questions from the panel.
