After applying online, I was contacted by HR to setup a phone screen. Anaplan was very organized in setting it up, but they had 2 people setting up the interviews. One person would contact me for my availability and then another person would write back setting the appointment, which was a little confusing. Anyway, the phone screen went well and they moved me forward for a Skype interview with my would-be boss. I felt that went pretty well. The manager was chill and the chat was casual. A few days later they reached out to setup an onsite, that would have been multiple hours meeting with a handful of other people. Then the week of my interview, they email me to cancel stating they already found someone, good luck with job search, we'll keep you in mind for other positions, etc etc. Months later, I see the job is still open. A bit disappointed in them.
