My interview process began with a quick, but thorough phone interview, my interest and general details of the position were discussed. Followed by an in-person interview with 4 of their staff.

I had 4 separate interviews with 6 separate people all who implied I was the better candidate. They kept me going for multiple weeks all to have no job offer in the end and to inform me with a form email in the middle of the night. Again 4 separate interviews for an internship.
