All candidates, including current interns, are treated as external hires. There were two rounds of two back-to-back interviews, the first round being with lower level technical leaders, and the second round being the high level technical leaders. For each round, you'd meet with two of the leaders for about 45 minutes, and then with the other two leaders for another 45 minutes.
