Interview
Video call, very straightforward and casual process. Good feel for direct hiring manager, very realistic and honest about the market and challenges plus opportunities. Good energy and a comfortable conversation, not at all a feeling of being under huge scrutiny. Seemed to be looking for a mutual match.
