Andritz Project Manager interview questions

Hello all ; I wanna share with your an interesting interview experience that i had with Andritz. They were looking for a candidate had project management skills and found me out via a service provider.After online interview, i succeeded to be in their Scope and was invited face to face interview in Germany , flight tickets and accommodation provided.Face2Face interview held in Andritz location and everything went on very well .1 week later on HR manager got in touch with me and an additional meeting held to discuss about details ,such as transportation , additional requirements, mutual expectations so on and so forth .Before terminating the call ,HR manager confirmed within 1 week "the transport cost to be clarified" and" "offer" to be ready .After 1 week , HR Manager let me know "everything was ok" and still the transport costs could not be clarified. By the following of 5 weeks, even though receiving e-mails each of every week ,such as "all is ok , waiting for transport costs, we will get back to you until xxx date". As of a candidate having Germany dreams was trying to convince myself .After 5 weeks of HR last "additional package" meeting , they got in touch with me via service provider and informed "I was insufficient " for this position and "rejected" . In this scenario , there are some questions left to be inquired. 1.Is it a professionalism ? Holding the candidate more than 5 weeks ,giving hope and playing with the feelings ? 2.Could the candidate reject any offer during Andritz ridiculous Interview process? 3.If the candidate to be rejected "due to insufficiency" ,why he was not informed after 1-2 days of face2face interview and pretended like everything was going on perfect ?Why candidate was motivated to be selected and only "transport cost issue "left ? The attitude of Andritz was not professional. They changed all my mind about their country &culture.If any candidate keeps on an interview process, he/she should not reject any potential offers,because their process is not reliable. If any candidate is invited and given information about "We provide transportation" ,dont be fascinated in those phrases and dont reject or suspend any offer throughout Andritz funny! interview process and keep in this advice in the mind ."Dont be fascinated in the illusion of Company Name"
