Interview
Simple and formal. Technical interview was OK but you cant trust Andritz's recruitment panel. There is no need of getting impressed by HR's boastful talks. The level of negotiation and salary structure is a ridicule, as if HR pays salary from her pockets. You cant take it as a company who needs good resources to improve process, basically they lack projects and cost cutting is a priority. Some internal resources has point towards budget outrages in Indian offices. Totally unfit for stability.
