I applied in November for this position and a few weeks later I received an email from a member of the resourcing team asking me if I were free for a screening call. The following week I had the call where I detailed my experience and explained why I applied for the role. The person who interviewed me then said I should hear something back within two weeks if not sooner. I sent an email a week later asking for feedback and he came back to me saying he was waiting for a response from the hiring manager. I waited a week and as I heard nothing I sent another email only to be told by his colleague who was covering,that. within 5 minutes of her asking the team for an update on my behalf they had come back and said I didn't have the right experience and would not be taken forward. I was lead to believe I had the right experience and now within a week I was told something completely different by someone else.,,it was an utter waste of my time.
