Interview
First, you send your CV, then you receive 3 assessment tests, after every test they send a new one after 2 days. The next step is a phone interview. First, they ask you questions personal questions only regarding your soft-skills. Very very broad questions. Then the second part is a business case analysis. You have 40 minutes to prepare and then they call you back and you have 8 minutes to present your solutions. They emailed me 3 weeks later saying the program was full. The phone interview was not a very good experience as it was very impersonal. The questions are asked one by one, it is not a conversation. Overall it is a good training as the questions are very very broad.
