The first round was CV screening. I used my LinkedIn profile and passed this round. The second one was 02 Culture and Logical Tests, which were fairly easy. The next was Individual Business Case in which we analyzed data sheets and picked products that we thought were best for company's next market strategy. After that, I was invited to a 2-on-1 personal interview and then the Business Game Round. The Business Game was fun and exciting and you cannot really prepare for it. Just be yourself! The Final Panel Interview was held in Shanghai. It was intense. They asked fast questions and demanded quick smart answers. Now I am waiting for the final result.
