I applied online. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Fort Collins, CO)
Interview
There's first a culture assessment that's all multiple choice. It's a lot of asking the same question several different ways. If you make it past that, there's a short skype interview. Mine was with two current engineers. It was pretty casual- one of the engineers was in a t-shirt and the other didn't have the video set up. If you get past that, they'll fly you out to one of their breweries for a panel interview. My panel was 5 or 6 current employees and 5 candidates (including myself). It's the most intense interview I've been on. They all have your resume and they'll pretty much just randomly look at you and ask you a question about it or throw in random situational questions.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
They asked point blank during the skype interview what I could do to improve their process/current company.
During the panel interview there was a bunch of different random questions asked. Whats the difference between sympathy and empathy? A situational question about working with a disgruntled employee. How would I maintain a work/life balance? When I talked about working out, they asked what my pump up song was (I panicked and said All I do is win)
