Pretty easy, straightforward questions. They are desperate for people because no one stays too long here. Basically more about your availability then actual questions about the job or your past experience
I applied online. I interviewed at Antech Diagnostics (Euless, TX) in May 2026
Interview
I received an unscheduled call for a short phone interview after which the in-person interview was scheduled. I arrived early and the building was dark, looked empty and the front door was locked. I was not given contact information for the interviewers. A few minutes after the interview was supposed to start I was greeted by the site manager who was not prepared. The team manager arrived late and asked unusual questions about “pet peeves” and the type of team I would not want to work with. The site manager gave me a tour afterward and then walked me to the door.

Interview
I was interviewed by two women who were very friendly but I could tell I was being judged from the moment I walked in. The interview went pretty well but they did not select me unfortunately, I find that being interviewed by women is a lot more challenging.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Antech Diagnostics (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2023
Interview
Phone screen followed by in-person. Phone screener gave very basic information and said the more detailed info regarding shift and schedule would be presented by hiring manager. I applied online and phone screened within 2 days of application, in-person scheduled same week as screen. I arrived for in-person and no one was there to even let me in the building, let alone interview. Reached out to HR and they called to let someone know I was there. I waited around 10 more minutes and no one came so I left.
