Interview
Very simple and straight to the point. I was given three interviews with three different managers and called back the next day. The length of time lasted about 30 minutes when speaking with the first two managers. The next day I spoke with the general manager and that lasted about 15 minutes.

They have open interviews every Wednesday from 2-4 PM. I went in and had an interview with one manager. The interview was pretty basic. What is your experience? Why do you want to work for us? Etc. I felt like it was an easy interview, in that, I felt like they were trying to get to know me as a person more than analyze me. I got called back for a second interview three days later with a different manager. It was exactly the same as the first, just a different manager. Within the next week, I was offered the job.
