I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Antra (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2021
Interview
Initial phone screen about the position. Then they do a technical interview which was pretty easy. Then you have to accept the offer and do a 7 week unpaid training where if you don't mess up then they give you the real offer ($66k). Also if you do the 7 week training and you don't fully accept their offer when your done, then you owe them like 12k, I thought that was dumb af so I rejected.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask you questions about Javascript, like how to use spread, what is DOM in react if you claim you know it, and some CSS questions. The interviewer asks things that on the spot. I interviewed twice and they said they hardly ever ask leetcode type questions, but they did for me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Antra in May 2023
Interview
The first round of interview would ask you some basic questions on javascript and front end technology, while the second round of interview would ask you to build a program followed by an interview asking about what your thought process is when building the program.
The Antra hr called for around 20mins, pretty easy. They asked about your resume and your career goal and would talk about their company and the whole process. Nothing technical. And then they would arrange the second interview for you, which is the technical.
