I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Antra in Feb 2016
Interview
I had this interview from recruiter, it include 3 phone interviews, 2 behavior and one technic. They will connect you by the email, those people are nice, most questions based on the resume, very basic java definitions, I prepared most algorithm questions, but for those definitions, I forgot long time ago. I stop this process in the half, since I got better offer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Antra (Sterling, VA)
Interview
The interview process is simple. It starts with a brief phone interview, followed by a video interview where you can record multiple screen captures for each question. The questions cover behavioral topics, fundamental concepts, and programming challenges.
As an ICC, the interview for this job is challenging. Although coding was relatively easy, many theoretical Java questions were asked in interviews, making it difficult. The passing rate(1st interview and eval) was about 50%-60%
The interview process was structured and clear, consisting of several rounds that tested both coding skills and understanding of fundamental concepts in my field. From the initial application to scheduling interviews and answering any questions I had, the HR personnel were prompt and clear in their communications. The company was quick to inform me of their decision after the final interview round, which I appreciated greatly.
