I submitted a resume and completed a Linked in profile. A recruiter from a staffing agency contacted me about the position and a phone interview was conducted later on by one of the Managers at AON who asked some behavioral type questions.

Most of the questions were behavioral type using the STAR system to provide answers. The "tell me about a time when .. ." Looking for ability to get along with others, conflict, goals, etc. Also asked about state licenses and availability for upcoming selling season to ensure presence during peak selling times
This interview was some time ago, but I did only one interview that had questions based on experience and their expectations for the role. I don't remember detailed questions but lasted about 15-30 minutes.

The interview process was very easily the best easiest interview I have ever had. 10/10 best. Very great interviewer. And I cant wait to start with the company, even if it is seasonal.
