Applied online. Completed online tests and video interview. Passed both and went to an assessment centre. Assessment Centre was professional, ran smoothly but still waiting for assessment feedback 11 months later. Keep emailing and still nothing back. Would discourage people to apply for this company as is a waste of time.
1st round: phone screening with HR. 2nd round;”: 4 back to back 30 minute-long inperson interviews. It took about 2-3 weeks to hear back from the HR, overall positive experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aon (Kraków) in Oct 2021
Interview
The process was entertaining and educative, I was asked to introduce my self. Why did apply for Aon?
I am legal in Poland? What did I study? Salary expectations? I am eligible to relocation?
They notified me about the interview less than 48 hours before hand. The interview itself was very standard and not extremely difficult. I never heard from them afterwards, which was frustrating.
