(Pre COVID) 45 min screening call with a very senior actuary. Invited to fly down for interview. 9am to 3pm with a 1 on 1 lunch. Interviews 45 min in length each with 1 or 2 people. Routine and conversational. Mix of skill/experience assessment and personal/communication evaluation. Everyone was very friendly and inviting. Offer communicated shortly after.
